| Paynesville canal-style of water front living has become extremely popular with Melbourne and metropolitan purchasers in recent years as they have taken the “sea change” plunge and changed to a more balanced and tranquil lifestyle.
Many new residents have followed this trend by scaling down their living requirements to an apartment in the city, along with their waterfront home in Paynesville, whilst being able to balance their workload with longer weekends on the water. Advances in technology have increasingly given those that require it the ability to remain in touch with their office – a way of working that is becoming more and more prevalent.
A short trip along the waterways by boat gives an insight into the wonderful lifestyle, as you pass boat after boat in every shape and style moored on the jetties – many boats with purchase prices higher than the homes themselves gives further indication of the ‘Riviera” lifestyle available.
